Jetblue told me that Riu in the Bahamas could not give an explanation as to what happened. When I get to New York I notified Jetblue on what happened. I would love to know if I was the only person or if my room was sold or given to someone else. The Supervisor said that at the time when I booked it the room was not available. Instead of giving me an upgrade in the room for Riu's negligence they instead have to downgrade me. I had to find out the day I get there and totally inconveniencing me. Neither Jetblue nor Riu could contact me and let me know what was going on. She said that the hotel had been booked since March but mind you I booked at the end of April. They said Jetblue would have to refund me the difference. When we come back from Breakfast the Supervisor Vanessa Dean said that the room that I booked was not available and that they would have to give me a lesser room. We were told to go get breakfast first that the supervisor needs to speak to us. I booked a vacation package for our anniversary and my wife's birthday for July to give them a Second Chance since the previous Experience was Horrible.
